I CAN’T!

          This is the boxed in statement I hear from people everywhere I go regarding their hopes, aspirations, and dreams. I am here to tell you, if I can live my life beyond the boundaries of what I tell myself and others tell me is acceptable and possible, you can too!

          I’m Amber and I grew up in the United States in the cold and harsh, yet beautiful, state of Maine without electricity and plumbing and am now medically retired from the United States Army, my life screams I CAN’T. Seeing over 30 countries, making friends and holding best friends from all corners of the world, and testing myself on adventures such as my first solo hike on the GR20 in Corsica, France demonstrates I have defined myself as I CAN! As I begin this travel blog a little voice in my head whispers I CAN’T, but here I am typing because I know I CAN! I also know YOU CAN do all those things in your mind that you day dream about when life gets dull. Through photos, videos, stories, and useful tips I aim to help you find your I CAN and experience the magic realism of life!
